a lot of "firsts"...

can you believe that tomorrow is already october? wow! it seems september always flies by so quickly because school starts back up again and so do activities. this past month was filled with a lot of firsts.

here are just a few...

school has started, which sometimes leads people to believe that the fun has ended...well, not for the withers family! We have had some amazing adventures in the past two weeks and it does not look to be slowing down anytime soon! Here's to a sensational end to our summer and a fabulous beginning to our fall...

after soccer we headed over to the high school for the "big toys for little kids" event

back to school...

it is official! we have a third grader and a kindergartner in our house...eek! how did that happen? well, it has been a smooth transition for everyone! I think we are all a little exhausted from all the waiting, anticipating, and crying (just from mom and dad) this week. Here are our "back to school" pics from the first week of school...
