on sunday we drove to waconia for some birthday fun and to meet new baby ethan...my (gulp!) great nephew. Can you believe it? Well, we already knew I was pretty great before the title, right? Anyway, we had a lovely time making crafts at the DeCann Family get together, eating cake, and snuggling with adorable baby Ethan.

craft hour at the withers household
livia had been asking me all weekend, "mom, do we have any crafts that we could make?" well, she knows me so well! i pulled out a family fun project and we went to town.
isn't it cute? the owls aren't too bad either...
all it took was paper towel rolls, cupcake liners, glue, and some paper. pretty easy and pretty adorable!
